• First we will discuss the project with you to establish your budget. • Next we analyse the scope of work required • This allows us to put together a design proposal setting out the cost estimate to complete the design work, based on an hourly rate Once the proposal is approved, we enter into an agreement with you, with regular progress payments based on the time frame required to carry out the relevant work (design, renovation and/or provision of furnishings). |
